Nick & his crew are the best contractors/professionals I’ve worked with. Our architect recommended him to renovate 1,000 foot of the unfinished basement. Other than the foundation and walls, it was basically building a small house that included an office, family room, guest bedroom, wet bar and bathroom. It involved ventilation systems, heating, plumbing, installation of a fireplace, carpeting, painting, woodwork, etc. Nick proposed a budget and stuck to it. Paul, his onsite project manager/carpenter, did beautiful work. I would give him a picture of what I wanted (e.g., the fireplace mantel) and he would execute it perfectly. He managed all the subcontractors with perfection and they cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. This was a big job and they completed it flawlessly and more or less on time. There was literally a 5 item punch list, which they completed immediately. I would hire them again in a second.
