Nick Sabella, Owner
Nick’s fascination with construction began at a young age while building a playground structure with his family. He enjoyed working with his hands, seeing the tangible progress each day, along with the years of fun it brought.
During summer vacations starting in high school, Nick painted houses, spending one extended summer working as a customer service technician for the local division of a large multi-national home building company. He graduated from Babson with an entrepreneurship concentration. He followed his passion for craft; learning the finer points of building and remodeling from two local firms, always with the goal of starting his own company in mind. Officially incorporated in the fall of 2010, Nick focuses on craft, client experience and accountability. His credentials include: Licensed Home Improvement Contractor, Construction Supervisor and EPA certified Renovation Repair and Painting Contractor.
Paul Murphy, Lead Carpenter
Paul joined our team in 2014 and is a tremendous asset with his three decades of trades experience. Because Paul ran his own remodeling company early on in his career, he understands the importance of client service and being meticulous. This invaluable experience, along with his dedication and hard work is evident on all of his projects, even to the untrained eye.
Sean Gibbons, Lead Carpenter

Coming from a law enforcement background, Sean offers extensive leadership and project management skills. He recognizes the significance of maintaining high job standards, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring fiscal oversight. Outside of work, Sean frequently engages in sports activities with his six children and has a passion for golf and soccer. He also cherishes moments spent with his wife and regularly travels to Hilton Head Island throughout the year.
Jim Hull, Carpenter
Although part-time, Jim is an invaluable member of our team. Coming to us from Niagara Falls, his skills, dedication and work ethic make him a valuable asset.
Pauline Lowrance, Office Administrator
Pauline is the newest member of our team, joining us in the fall. She has worked for the last 20 years as a Contract Administrator in the heavy-highway industry principally in the area of bridge construction. One of the things that she likes is the fact that construction, whether municipal or residential, produces something tangible, and the feeling that comes from being part of that process. In her spare time, she has been helping her daughter-in-law decorate their new home; blank canvas to beautiful. Pauline also plays with her grandchildren and her two parrots.
Jennifer Dennis, Marketing Director
Jennifer Dennis is a freelance marketing consultant for small businesses. She was first a client who then joined our team in May 2016. She developed our new website, produces the marketing communications and manages our social media. Jennifer works with clients to photograph renovations upon completion and relays feedback so we can continuously improve and grow. In her spare time, she enjoys biking and gardening.
