Planning Phase:
N Sabella professionals work with your architect, engineer and our specialty trades (subcontractors) from the start to:
- Establish a construction schedule including details of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and other applicable trades
- Line up permits and inspection milestones in advance
- Order and expedite the delivery of all key products, finished materials and components
- Confirm management control of all project activities
- Prepare subcontract agreements including scope, timeframe and job site access
Construction Phase:
Communication with our clients is paramount to success! You will receive weekly reports on job progress, upcoming milestones, subcontractor status and the upcoming work schedule. Any home improvement project is a disruption to family living. Our professionals minimize the intrusion into your personal space with:
- Careful jobsite setup and site protection
- Safe materials storage and debris removal
