We returned to an existing client to update a bathroom in their beautiful 1890 home. Although the space had undergone a renovation years earlier, it was ready for a thoughtful refresh.

The homeowners considered removing the existing tub but ultimately decided to keep it. We surrounded it with fresh white tile, giving this original feature a cleaner, more modern look. The same tile was carried into the redesigned shower to create a cohesive feel throughout the bathroom.

Once we opened the walls, we discovered outdated wiring and significant wood rot surrounding the windows. We updated the wiring, replaced the damaged wood, and installed brand-new windows.

The finished modern bathroom feels bright, fresh, and modern while preserving the warmth, craftsmanship, and true character of this beautiful historic home.
