Awarded Best of Houzz Service 2023

We are very proud to have won Best of Houzz 2023 in Service and Design! Here’s a snippet from our latest 5 Star review on Houzz, “Nick and his team were great to work with, did a very thorough and careful job of repairing an area where there was a lot of rot in the wood and into the frame of sliding glass doors, and then rebuilt our deck beautifully. Highly recommend.”

2023 Spring Newsletter

Spring is here! We are seeing four trends that may inspire you:

  • Home offices. With so many of our clients benefitting from hybrid situations, we’re seeing continued investments in making these spaces more comfortable, attractive, and functional all while maximizing their flexibility for long-term use.

  • Outdoor living. An already growing trend that spiked during the pandemic, clients are enhancing and building out spaces with decks, patios, outdoor cabinetry, etc. to make the most of our short New England summers.

  • Smart homes. Remotely control your lighting, heating, and appliances.

  • Kitchen & bath Always in high-demand given their 80% ROI and improvement to your quality of life. Post-pandemic life has reinforced the intangible value of trading in the stress from a leaky sink or broken drawer in favor of the zen feeling that comes with an updated, functional space.

We welcomed Dave Carney as Lead Carpenter. The worker shortage is still real. If you know someone looking in the trades or to make a career change, please send them my way. I provide health insurance and training, and there’s no risk of getting outsourced. 😉

The majority of our business is repeat clients and referrals. We appreciate your trust and online reviews, they helped us win Best in Service 2023 for the seventh year from Houzz.

Inside mirror with USB ports

Smarter homes are here! This Needham client is enjoying LED lighting, USB ports and two outlets in their recessed medicine cabinet. What could you possibly need all that power for? I have no idea, but I’m sure we’ll need it soon enough! Inspired? Check out our portfolio for ideas or please contact me.
